This milk pasteurizer machine is great for a small-scale dairy. You don't need a lot of milk to process in the this machine. It has a maximum capacity of 9.2 gallons making it perfect for a micro-dairy or small homestead. The minimum capacity is 2.6 gallons. The 1.5kW heater can warm the milk up to 158°F. Heating time from 39°F to 158°F takes no longer than 75 minutes. 

With this milk pasteurizer machine you will dramatically save your time! The Milky FJ30 has an electronic control panel where you can set the temperature and the time. The pasteurizer will reach and hold the temperature you need for as long ass you need it to. When the set time is over the heater will switch off. 

There will be no waste with this pasteurizer as there is a water layer between the heater and the milk container making it less likely that the milk will burn inside and be wasted. You can then attach the cold water hose to the inlet tap to help cool down the milk in a shorter time. 

This pasteurizer machine comes with a removable milk container so it is very easy to pour out the milk and c leant it. You do not need to lift the whole device.
