It will take 20-30 minutes to make butter that has an output of cream ranging from 35-50%. The cream container has an outlet for butter milk. This also includes an automatic safety stop function that stops the motor when the lid is opened. The maximum cream load is 3.4 gallons. The minimum cream load is 1.6 gallons. All parts which come into contact with food is made of high quality stainless steel.

• Wash the container with cold water before processing butter.
• After you get the cream from the milk, put it into the fridge for 1-3 days. The cream has to ripen.
• The best temperature in summer time is 41-46 °F
• The best cream temperature before processing is 57-61°F
• If you want to process 3.4 gallons of cream, it is better to split the volume into two cycles of 1.7 gallons. The quality of the butter will be higher.
